Additional Terms & Conditions
The fare regulations, procedures, and rules of each airline apply to any refunds and future credits. Each passenger and ticket will be subject to a service fee for any changes, refunds, cancellations, or future credits. This fee applies to all modifications, regardless of the nature or reason for the request.
All service charges applied after ticketing are non-refundable and may be subject to change at any time. These fees are in addition to any charges imposed by the airline or other suppliers, and government taxes and fees may also fluctuate.
- Future Credits and Refunds: Most airline tickets do not qualify for refunds. Refunds are only possible if the travel supplier’s tariff policies allow cancellations and refunds. A refund request will only be processed if it is approved, you are not considered a "no-show" (as most "no-show" bookings are ineligible for any refund waiver), and if the supplier permits the cancellation and refund to be executed.
- Refunds or future credits are subject to the airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures: Aside from the airline's fare restrictions, policies, and procedures, all unique services are offered upon request and are subject to review and approval. Special service fees are assessed at the time the service or services are rendered and are only reimbursed in the event that the airline rejects the request.
